We aim to provide organizations with a comprehensive array of products that not only showcase your spirit but also help give back. We also encourage local sponsorship. All orders are treated as custom orders. Average production time is 7-10 days, in addition to shipping time. You can expect to receive your order a maximum of 2 weeks from date of order.

Return Policy

Items are guaranteed against defects in workmanship for one year. Please refer to size charts prior to purchase to ensure the correct size is ordered.

Because items are CUSTOM MADE to order, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than being defective. Clothing items that have been worn, washed, or purchased more than 30 days prior may not be returned.

For a return or exchange of defective items you must first contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization number. We will provide this number via e-mail. Returned items may be exchanged for another item of the same value, or a credit can be issued. Please provide us with your original order number and shipping address. If this information is not available, please provide the paying customer’s name and billing address.

If you are exchanging or returning an item that is not defective, you must cover the cost of shipping back to us and will need to pay for the shipping of the replacement item back to you. Our Customer Service Center will assist in determining the amount of the return freight so that payment can be arranged.
